Owner and Operator David Bershad played a pivotal role in the creation, refinement, and implementation of Center City District’s ongoing street fixture graffiti removal program for over five years. Covering a substantial area of Philadelphia, David personally removed tens of thousands of real estate tags from various fixtures such as street signs, street poles, Big Bellies, postal boxes, newsstands, and streetlights.

Following the consolidation of services by Center City District, David shifted his focus towards removing graffiti from building surfaces and acid etch/scratch graffiti from glass in Philadelphia. He founded RGR Power Washing to broaden the scope of services and service areas. The company now performs house washing through power, pressure, and soft washing techniques, along with window cleaning.
