Power Washing differs from other forms of washing because it uses Hot Water, not cold water, coupled with chemical treatments (typically Sodium Hypochlorite) to remove dirt, mold, mildew, grime and algae. Because Hot Water is used instead of cold water, more can be removed with less chemicals and less water than if cold water was used. Our equipment provides both hot and cold water depending on our needs, however we always try to do as much with hot water alone as we can to reduce the amount of chemicals and water used.

Soft Washing is used when a surface may be damaged by other methods, or when higher volumes of water and chemicals may be needed. It is extremely effective against all forms of organic growth and can be done on virtually any surface. This process involves covering surfaces with Sodium Hypochlorite then rinsing with cold water. Some paints may fail during the soft wash process if they contain organic pigment so we will always test your property prior to the day of cleaning,
